From struggle to solution
My Kinda Skincare was born out of founder Flor’s battle with eczema. Realising that most irritation was caused by harsh additives like alcohol and fragrances, Flor started experimenting with several ingredients and found that the skin becomes healthier with simple, essential care.
Through her journey, she discovered the transformative power of shea butter and found out that many people were struggling with similar skin issues, unaware of the impact of ingredients.
This fuelled her passion to start her Dutch body skincare brand in 2021, centred on minimal, effective multi-use body skincare with only the essentials. MY Kinda produces high-quality, affordable products for everybody.
"There is no cure for eczema, but I choose less but better. Use it often, and over time (be patient), our balm helps your skin barrier heal, shielding it from cold, pollution and other harsh eczema triggers. The result? Healthier skin that needs fewer heavy creams. My mission is to become the new classic in every household."

We believe that less is more. 1 product, endless usages. Every product is made with only the essentials: concentrated, undiluted ingredients like shea butter, designed to protect and sooth all skins.

We skip the unnecessaries: drying alcohols, perfume, essential oils, microplastics, harmful /unstable sunscreens, non certified palm oil, harsh sulphates, silicones, microplastics, animal tested and animal derived. What remains is pure, effective care that delivers results without compromising.

Sustainability
By creating waterless formulas, we conserve a precious resource while delivering concentrated products that last longer and require less per use.
Sustainability drives our packaging choices. We use recyclable PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic and FSC certified paper. Our Sulapac™ jars are designed with minimal plastic and are fully biodegradable, while refills for our Absolute Healing Stick help reduce waste even further.
Our next goal is refillable options for our jars. Until then we encourage to reuse the.
